One Airborne (along with two chewable Vit C tabs from Costco) three times a day. It has everything you need in a pleasant flavor.

I buy all of my vitamins from Thorne. I think I also have bought from Douglas Labs in the past.

At least once a year I'd get nasty colds that would knock me on my arse for a week. Once I started supplementing with Vit D, zinc, and magnesium, I no longer would get my arse kicked by colds.

That would make you vitamin d levels worse

Plus the vitamin d boosting your immune system has been around for years - it’s not a trump thing

same here. I was getting wicked sinus infections at least 3-4x a year. Started vitamins & probiotics and rarely get sick now.

Supplements are needed nowadays. A balanced diet no longer provided what your body needs.

Thanks GMOs.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks and have started to wake up not as groggy, maybe it’s helping

I bought some Vit D & Vit C for all of us - even my mom - she says it helps her in the morning too

I’m still a grump in the morning though do I need to take the zinc too?

Take a lot of supplements and have O+ blood. But I had to give up the vitamin C because it promotes kidney stone formation. I’ve had 51 of those suckers and don’t need to aggravate that puppy.

That's because O- blood is the universal blood type donor. It can be transfused to people of all blood groups.
You can still catch COVID if your blood type is O.
