the National Guard belongs to the governors unless federalized under Title 10...the President is working the federal system where Title 10 does not get used...
if you see the Army and Marines moving in...there is historical precedent, Ole Miss with the James Meredith situation, President Kennedy had enough of Ross Barnett's crap and ordered the 101st to Oxford...
if the Governors of certain states can't get things under control, I'm willing to bet that the Insurrection Act is called upon and the Army and Marines move in...

All that talk is BS....perception is reality....the national guard to rank and file Americans is the military.
