Guess which one will require the most cleaning on a daily basis?

(There’s a subtle hint in the list)

“Ride broke” would also be an authentic experience there.

Broken Bow is almost 4 hrs away in the other corner of the state.

Awesome that the state was able to lure that kind of investment.

He likely means Broken Arrow

Really nice area. But with the HOA rules at Patricia Island, I had np place to put my boat and they didn't have a slip guaranteed with the house.

Nice lake and Grove is a nice little town.

This is just 80 miles from me and I have a RV. I even bought my 2023 truck in Vinita.

Hope you got some land nearby because it seems this could help property values if all goes well.

Whenever I think vacation, I think of Vinita, Oklahoma. It's such a magnificent place, I can't help it.

94 degrees in Orlando was so inviting that someone figures 101 in Oklahoma will be even better. All those fat, sweaty people. Sweet fancy Moses.

Seems odd to make that kind of investment in an area almost no one will think about visiting.
Not if you're laundering money in the Ozarks.

Vinita is in the middle of nowhere. Are they banking on it being a central location between Dallas, Kansas City, St Louis, and Oklahoma City?

Yeah I think somewhere in the south of Oklahoma or north Texas would’ve been better

Branson does well. You have to start somewhere, and these people most likely have done their research.
