One of the members of her security detail was named Jeffery Vappie. They were caught on a security camera going in to a city owned apartment multiple times, often during business hours. Allegedly, there was some hanky panky involved. Mrs Vappie has filed for divorce. Mr Vappie was dumped from LaToya's security detail and will probably have some payroll fraud questions to answer.
LaToya remains defiant and will not be bullied.

I have no clue. If a "Vappie Mardi Gras" sign set her off - no words more than two syllables - she could probably read that if the float wasn't moving too fast.
The thing is, nobody is going to think better or worse about her after this incident. She's a very polarizing figure. Her detractors already expect the worst behavior from her and often get it. Her supporters are giddy that she's shown, yet again, that she's a strong black woman who refuses to be bullied. Nothing will change.
