I'm not saying the driver slowed down on purpose. It was because of confusion.

Unless there is some evidence of this I’m unaware ofc, or that has not yet come to the surface, I don’t think we can definitively say why Ruby killed Oswald. It’s possible he indeed was simply distraught over the JFK assassination. Though, I will say that’s the thing you’d expect him to say. It’s not like he could come out and say anything else, especially like saying he did it to shut Oswald up. That would open a whole new can of worms.
The truth of all is is none of us know for sure what the truth of the Kennedy assassination is. There’s a mountain of evidence to indicate his death was far more complicated than just the lone gunman. But there is still not definitive proof, at least that I’ve seen, other than the film that clearly shows the headshot that killed Kennedy definitely came from the front, and thus there is no physical way Oswald scored that particular hit. Someone else shot Kennedy from the front. There is no way around that fact. It’s on film clear as day. Who that was or why they shot him, we may never know. Though, if this tape in my OP turns out to be authentic, not saying it will, but if, then we’ll at least know who gave the order, namely LBJ.

How do you know that? If a bullet enter the back of his head and came out the front, wouldn’t the exit cause his head to go in the opposite direction?

Have you ever seen the footage showing the instant he was shot in the head? If you watch the first minute or two of the video in the OP, it shows Kennedy being shot on the head. You can see the back of his head blow out toward the back. There’s chunks of his brain blown onto the trunk. Also, in the autopsy pictures, it clearly shows almost the entirety of the back of his head is missing. The exit wound is clearly in the back of his head.
ETA: you can down vote it all you want. But what you can’t do is refute it.

Who knows? It’s long been speculated the CIA was behind it. Two things are certain though. The CiA had a terrible relationship with JFK, especially after the Bay of Pigs, and they had the means to pull something like this off.
It’s telling though that we’re six decades past the event and we still don’t have a clear picture as to what actually happened that day.

Why? Because the JFK assassination has been the most researched, argued over, investigated and studied incident in American history (arguably).
The fact that a previously undiscovered tape was just produced with someone admitting that they were ordered to assassinate JFK is laughable.
And it has nothing to do with me thinking Oswald acted alone or not, or if I trust the government.
