Filming is pretty helpful actually. People did confront him and he ran off. They should have put him on the ground though.
He was ultimately arrested. I don't get the charge of a misdemeanor though. Should be worse.

If that was a white dude, people would have stopped him right away. For some reason, white people are scared of black people. Instead of manning the frick up, they run away.
It doesn't matter what color someone is. Their color doesn't make them more scary or some shite. When he punched that girl, someone should have knocked the frick out of him.
I'm not the most physically threatening person. But I can guarantee you this. If someone just came up and hit me for no reason then walked off casually, I am going after them. They probably knock me out with another punch but if at all possible I am going to try to find away to hurt them..
It's just in me. Once I think that someone did something to me just because they think they could, it sets me off..
It looks like he was probably smoking that synthetic shite that makes people do crazy shite, but someone should have knocked the piss out of him.

You can say you would have beat his arse, or someone should have, or helped in some way, but the smart thing to do is to just leave the area immediately.
