It’s reckless behavior from Andy Dick but it’s a bit of a stretch to lay the blame on him.

Actually it looks like she was waiting for him to come out and right before he did, she ran up to get a pic with her phone. She immediately backs up to her man and appears Dick probably told her something. Drunk guy becomes enraged and went Cuomo on that Dick
