This is a case where the dad would be justified in beating the shite out the mom. A jury of normal people would never convict.

If they can claim that a 7 year old can decide if they want to transition... then they absolutely must take this admission that its against his will seriously .

If the kid is 18, go ahead. Do it then if he wants. But subjecting a 7 year old to a permnanent change is straight up wrong.

What I posted in the PT thread on the same topic.
This will end one of two ways:
1) he murders the ex-wife and goes to jail, leaving the kid in the system where he has a rough but manageable childhood and life despite the fact that his dad is in jail for killing his mom.
2) he doesn’t do anything until, in 8 - 10 years, the poor kid commits suicide after his mom fricked him up so bad. The father, now racked with the mixture of rage, grief and guilt, watches as she takes her last breath with his hands around her throat and then with nothing else to live for, eats a bullet.
Shame, but this could all be easily avoided by using common sense and not allowing parents to abuse their children.

A child at that age cannot make the decision about identifying as the opposite gender from what they were born as. A parent making that decision for the child, and forcing the child to transition before he/she has the ability to make that decision for themselves, is child abuse.
