It's a little humorous with the commentary, but my heart does ache for them knowing the financial and physical strain that wasn't there just 1 min before. Just losing a car can be a major stressor especially to lower income people.

The most impressive thing is that the power stayed on throughout the entire ordeal. The lights flickered at our house and the wind barely got above 20mph
