This seems to be a pretty good idea for a bar (not sure if there already is one in Louisiana).

If you stayed with current, cutting edge, games and hired top-notch "talent" and opened these in Mountain View or Cupertino California, you could print money.

You don't even need to do that. They have multiple video game bars in Denver, and they are all packed. They don't hire talent at all. Surprisingly its only 60% men. My wife enjoys going to them occasionally.
I have been thinking about moving to iowa and opening one up in des moines. I think it would be easy money.
The problem of course is who the frick wants to live in iOwa?
NOLA might be a good place for it, if they don't already have it.
