Dudes blood PH was so low, he was dead before the officers arrived. There is nothing they could have done other than to tell him to go to the light.

I'm confused. Was that video supposed to make the officers look bad? Seemed like a completely reasonable amount of force for a guy that was tweaking and going that crazy.

I think their definition of "more training" means to stop responding to calls.

When you have the DA making comments like this, it means they are going to offer shite money to the family, something like free coffee at the Cirkle K for one year.

The guy resisted and made the officers work harder to restrain him. They did not beat him and did their job. If he would have put his hands up they would have restrained him in a less physical manner.

The guy was on drugs and probably would have OD!

So he had the right to get high, cause havoc in the area where people called the police, resist arrest, overdose due to his ignorance, and his family should be awarded for his ignorance?

What do you want the police to do invite him over for a tea party?

LSUTangerine needs to go live in NBR and he would change his tune quickly. Yes, LSUTANGERINE they do not consider you their bros. They would consider you an outsider. Oh, yeah you could sell seats to the crack whore baby mama fights every Saturday like clockwork. How about 21 gun salutes every Friday night.

Then tell me how bad the police are when you call them to protect your pansy butt after you get robbed for a few bucks by a crackhead!!

Yes, I lived in NBR onsite of some apartment complexes I owned with another investor from California. The only reason they didn't screw with me was most people knew I was retired LAPD. They knew I would have no problem fighting back!

No he didn't. He put this knee on him at 22:03:47 and got up at 22:04:20. And they clearly were struggling to keep him down. Also:

An autopsy report says Ourso died from heart complications caused by methamphetamine in his system and by the physical struggle and method officers used to restrain him.

I'm glad he's dead and his kids are much better off without him around to continue ruining their lives.

I'd bet $6,000,000 that this bitch never had anything to do with this man before this incident. But like typical trashy people she's going to ride his coat tails to a nice cash settlement because it's convenient for her... I'm so sick of this shite

The Plaquemine accent makes it hard to tell by voice alone.

"What you took today?"

"EVERRRRRRRYYYYYTHING!"

Yeah. frick him. frick you. And frick the POS culture that makes people think it's okay to sue because a shitty person made a shitty decision.

.... Dick.

Based off the accent, one of those guys is from donaldsonville, one from sorrel, one from south of 75 and one from in town.

As for black and white. Three white and one black I believe.

It does NOT matter

The cops were called because of the way he was acting, the man was on drugs & resisted arrest

Do what the cops tell you, don't resist & don't do meth....

It doesn't matter if anyone involved is black, white or purple

His heart was working perfectly he had NO drugs in his system. he knocked on an old lady door to ask where our aunt lived because he needed help. His daughter was born while we were putting him in the ground. They will never get the chance to meet.David witnessed his friend being robbed and shot and died instantly right in front of his face a year before this happen he had mental issues who wouldn't and to the idiot who said this was good police work f*** you
