Big Scrub had a point about whether race should be an issue in this, but the activists who still bitch about Ferguson (where the officer was cleared) kind of get what they deserve - turn about is fair play. You can't say "treat us as a homogenous group when it benefits us, but not when it might hurt us."

Heres some crime background on the scum - from Omaha.com
"According to Douglas County Court records, Wayman Clark was sentenced in 2012 to one year in the state prison system for theft by receiving stolen property, a felony. He also has been convicted for carrying a concealed weapon. When he was 17, Clark ran away from the Clarinda (Iowa) Academy, a residential facility for at-risk and delinquent teenagers."
As I suspected. Society left vulnerable because stupid and lenient judges can't get it through their heads that when you see a perp in court the second time, you can be sure that he's a rotten egg and needs to serve at least 5-10 years in jail.

bullshite on the prosecution of blacks. They are prosecuted for hate crimes at a higher rate than whites. Do you just make things up to support your agenda?

A: further proof there is no God (as if the Holocaust wasn't enough proof already) - dude would have been struck down by any omnipotent and interactive form of Providence.

actually blacks commit violent crimes at a much higher rate than whites and at an astronomically higher rate when it comes to crimes against different ethnicities (especially given the population discrepancies). they should be prosecuted for hate crimes way more often than they are if what you are saying is true.

False. Actually the vast majority of bient black crime is black on black. With about 80% of the population being white, you would expect more black on white crime than there actually is, even if it were random. Fact is blacks target blacks at an astronomical rate.

blacks target whites at an astronomically higher rate than whites target blacks (even when accounting for the population discrepancies). yet the respective hate crime rates are virtually flat - the logical hypothesis is that it's bc of political correctness. a sort of "affirmative action" that gives leniency to blacks on this issue.
