You're fricking pathetic. You're trying to spin it that black people are charged with hate crimes more often than whites, when all evidence points to the contrary and you hide behind the "rate" because it helps you manipulate the argument in your favor.
This is the fact:
Just over 20% of the population were the victims in over 65% of the hate crimes that were prosecuted last year. There's no spinning that. It shows that the perpetrators in crimes that involve African American victims are much more likely to be charged with a hate crime if they aren't African American themselves.
I'm sure you will try to spin it, but you will be unsuccessful. You're a biased POS who never backs up any of your claims with actual facts.

Right because whites are more likely to commit hate crimes against blacks. So of course they be charged more. And yes blacks are still charged at a higher rate. Numbers don't lie. We are really not that far removed from the 60s.

Once again, your "rate" argument is a weak one that has no bearing on the fact the white perpetrators in an interracial crime are more likely to be charged with a hate crime than black perpetrators. I'm pretty sure the system is biased against poor people, not black people. Money goes a long way in our legal system.
