Great outcome, but the fact an 8yo has unfettered access to a firearm is a little disturbing, especially when he said he takes it out a lot just to look at it.

I tried not to focus to much on what the child said since it is probably unfair instead I focused on what the adult in the situation allowed.

But yeah, he is probably gonna be a serial killer or a bad apple LEO.
