More likely they're struggling because if a woman is sexy she can look sexy in a lot of stuff other than Victoria Secret. Or out of a lot of stuff. If a woman is not sexy, Victoria Secret is probably not gonna make her sexy.
I'm sure some of there stuff might increase the sexiness factor a bit for some women and maybe push a few borderline ones over the line. But if VS is struggling, I guess the incremental benefit is not enough to keep a major retailer thriving.
