She did stop
Not immediately, and only after the officer started to move from in front of her and around to the row she was on.

One of the stories said that VP is the 6th ranked school district (or whatever) and his salary ranks 56th, or something like that.

If that is true, then I have less of a problem with his raise than I initially did when I first heard about the story.

Teachers haven’t had a raise in a decade. Something is afoul

One other thing that should be noted is that the SI intentionally took a pay cut so he would be appointed the job. This scheme was probably planned from the very beginning.

Nah, just playing devils advocate. I think all parties involved have some culpability.

Uhhhhh what exactly did the teacher do to get arrested? There is zero culpability in her part in this manner to suggest otherwise is either crazy.

I didn't say she deserved to get arrested, you should quit eating mushrooms if you believe me saying all involved have some culpability means I believe she should have been arrested.

Somebody should put that on a few billboards in Vermilion parish!

No way in hell is it the natural reaction of 90% when it's an officer reaching for someone. You're reaching now at best.

Yeah, it probably would be if you voluntarily show up to a meeting, as opposed to being pulled over, and were called on to ask a question, then someone comes up and grabs your arm.

If you're in law enforcement, you better be able to justify why you laid hands on someone... I know I'm held to that standard.

Funny how that quote already came full circle. Mrs LeBeouf is a savage.

Only those good at their jobs deserve raises. Not scummy liberal teachers

I would say the teachers have done a good job, bringing the entire district up to an A level.

Same argument could be made for the Superintendent though.

Yes. It's harder to deal with college educated adults working in a licensed profession than it is youth, many of which likely are impoverished and have no formal guidance or family structure.

The fact of the matter is if the woman woulda kept her mouth shite, this would have never happened....to raise her concern for a raise that is frankly none of her business....she is a teacher with a teacher's salary, she went to college to be a teacher, not an administrator....she along with many teachers knew what they were getting into when they went to college, if she wanted more money, then get ur masters and become an administrator and work your way up the latter....teachers have been under paid for decades so wtf is the issue concerning a teacher , no matter what a teacher has to do, THEY, TEACHERS choose their profession.....the SI chose his....his raise was only keeping him competitive with "other" SI's from other parishes.....if u make x amount of dollars and every surrounding parish is making 40k more per year for SI's , then guess what I'm gonna earn my keep and get my raise.....in a teacher's case most teachers on average make the same amount in public schools....some parishes a little bit less than others but the average around acadiana is pretty much close....so quit being all butt hurt cause he got a 38k raise...

Bottom line....quit your crying teacher in question, know your role and stfu on social and national media, just another snowflake liberal crying about shite that got nothing to do with her..
