Can you get your front windshield tinted and if so what are the limitations?

do not tint the whole thing. do a brow and be done with it. I had 35 on my shield for a while and may as well have painted a big red bullseye for cops. i've had 20 on front windows with 5 on back windows, back glass, and brow, and I havent been pulled over in 6 years.
when i had full windshield tint, i got pulled over in downtown lafayette by the douchebag cops down there, and they wanted to impound my truck. I convinced them there was no tint and they let me go with a ticket. Not worth the headache baw.

Or ANY elected official. The frickers at the Legislature literally wrote themselves into the exception. So the local dog catcher can get tinted windows but the businessman who carries a hundred thousand dollars worth of medical equipment he doesn't want visible to be stolen can not.
shite like this is why people detest the government.
The exception for a tax paying citizen is a medical exemption which requires a notarized statement from your doctor and is only good for three years. Someone said that LSP also has started requiring you to go down to the local troop and get photographed and fingerprinted to get the medical exemption. They are trying their best to make it as difficult as possible.

it is amazing bow much a brow reduced the heat in your truck. this was my first one and whole crap it made a difference. I park in a parking garage now, but it is nice to never have to use your visor.
