What lost artifacts do you believe are kept in there that anyone outside of the vatican will never know about?
Anyway, an educated guess of mine on one of the possible "treasures" would be the documentation (perhaps, even, the very documents) used by Christopher Columbus to "discover" the Americas. That is to say, proof that the Americas were known of by pre-Renaissance/non-Viking peoples; proof that our world was much smaller in antiquity than traditional history would like you to believe, that at various points peoples of the Old and New worlds (such as the Olmec and Phoenicians) engaged in some level of trade.
Why is that information important to hide to this very day? Well, it would invalidate the Church's Doctrine of Discovery, which gave the European powers the political and religious justification to colonize the New world and seize its' resources. The global realization that the Americas weren't really "discovered" so much as "forgotten, for a millenium but now re-remembered the moment our nobility conveniently needed a new source of wealth" would open up a whole new set of social and political worms.

How do you get the warning labels on if you die when you touch it?

Scholars have access to the archives. None of the sensationalistic stuff is in there, but there are a bunch of really old documents. Jimmy Akin did a mysterious world episode on this:
Right. If you need to know what kind of bowel movement Pope Matin the V had on July 2nd, 1369, that will be recorded somewhere in the archives.
The former name, Vatican Secret Archive, just generates crazy conspiracy theories from English speakers with no knowledge of etymology.

A lot of evidence about Jesus and his life. Confirmation he was a man and the subsequent divinity story was created by the Roman Church.

It is highly believed that one piece of information is how & when the world will end.

Jesus’ wanted posters.
The Roman’s had sketch artists create batch’s of these with the reward amount posted in all public places. 30 pieces of silver was a nice haul.
If you fricked around until the roosters quit crowing in the morning, someone was gonna beat you to it.
So you had to act fast and call crime stoppers to collect your reward for the apprehension and conviction of the fugitive.
Anyways, the posters showed Jesus as a short Arab. The church collected all the remaining ones to protect the celebrity reputation.
We know Jesus was short because the good book says Zaccheus was trying to see Jesus and was unable because of the crowd, for he (Jesus) was small in stature.

I heard the Vatican keeps all the cool, important stuff at Fort Knox for proper safekeeping.

Yeah. Most people are shocked when they learn this obscure fact.

We had a cassette of the song when I was kid:
Zacchaeus was a wee little man
And a wee little man was he
He climbed up in a sycamore tree
For the Lord he wanted to see
And as the savior passed that way
He looked up in that tree
And said, "Zacchaeus, you come down, for I'm going to your house today"

Yeah, they didn’t have cassettes back then so the song is deep fake gaslighting.

Wait. You and others actually believe this?
Are you suggesting anyone who touches it will not die? Bold statement...

Ignoring the rarity of a pope stepping down, you’re claiming that it’s highly believed that a group that claims to be inspired by a power whose teaching includes, “you will know neither the day nor the hour…” who didn’t write down the teachings of their God coming down from Heaven to Earth for dozens of years because they thought his return was imminent/in their lifetime actually has this information and has kept it secret and somehow passed down for two millennia?
