Weed. Seriously. It completely dulled the pain and eliminated the nausea.
I was given an oxycodone prescription when I had mine done last year. I had to take two of those within 12 hours of the surgery due to the incision pain. The next day I didn't touch the oxy and just smoked instead.

Don't use this till days later. It's not as bad as asprin, but it's still a blood thinner and will increase your healing time.
