You should be able to get on your wife's insurance pretty easily. It is a major change of life event.

It does qualify as a life change but her insurance is garbage and high has a giraffes arse. Also her docs aren't covered under her insurance.

It isn't ideal, but a solution.

I agree. It's an option but not my first option.

Depends on the amount of OT they get, at least that is what I assume.

If it hits 3 months there is a good chance I wouldn't be back. Figure I could find something to replace it by that time.

It is in this situation. You are encouraging a major life change and i am asking what is the gain to go such extremes in this situation that major like changes are necessary.

What the frick are you talking about? The major life change is being without a job. The reason doesn't matter. Was suggesting a way to get insurance.

How is this situation encouraging.
We aren't encouraging a life change, we are experiencing a life change!

You are part of the union and you hvent led any effort to change the place you work or the union that represents you. Therefore you are part of a strike and you are encouraging the strike to happen because you have done nothing to stop it.

Therefore what are you gaining by this life change you are choosing to live through and experience

What is the mean to end??

What can be done by him to end the strike? He didn't vote to go on strike.
