Use this pic to wire my thermostat

Hooked it up and it’s not cooling. Orange and black wires are currently not connected.

I like hooking up the nest, it does a good job knowing what you hooked it up too. You can change it. Generally it's wire lv+, lv- in then fan out, heat out and cool out.

take a wet cloth and wipe down the wires, sometimes they gather dust. be sure that the power is on so you clearly know which ones need the most attention

Imm no AC guy but I would bet the orange goes to the O and the black to the B. But perhaps its a trick

The Orange wire is for loading and unloading only.
