It isn’t trespassing when you have access to the building. They weren’t trespassing
If you want to compare it to a hotel, it would be like two of the room cleaners fricking in an empty room. They have keys for the room. They weren’t trespassing. They just broke company rules. There’s no law that states you can’t frick in an empty hotel room.

Terrible hypothet. Two maids filming themselves having sex in an unoccupied room they have keycard access to is much more on point.
And wouldn’t be illegal.
