I guess our pharmaceutical companies let the government know they had enough opium to supply the US for the next 50 years.

How's this going to compete with everyone's favorite War, WWII?

Can't talk enough of that war.

They were the Government that covered for Al Qaeda and Osama. We pushed them out and they fought us for the duration.

The problem is if the US stagnates on the military stage, the Chinas, Russias, Irans, and Turkeys of the world take advantage.

We have to always be vigilant or our domestic peace could quickly be in jeopardy.

What in this makes you think that we will be going to sleep? I don't understand the comment.

I don’t think we have to worry about Russia going back to Afghanistan.

Isolationism in the USA died when we entered WW2. Not saying we need to commit troops but we need some kind measure to keep them from getting steamrolled.

Military intervention is a game for the world's elite. And we're the cannon fodder. Our wars are ways for the political class and their families to make money, plain and simple. The Taliban wasn't responsible for 9/11, but 15 Saudi's were. So we invade and occupy Afghanistan for 20 years and give the Saudi's billions in weapons and money? Makes perfect sense.

Now that the government has coronavirus they no longer need opium to control the masses.

But the left tells me that Trump is a War Monger. Is the left now going to say this is a horrible decision and we need to keep fighting?
