Well he disagrees.

He can disagree all he wants. That also doesn't change the fact he did not shut down anything.

What? You don’t think Newsome, Cuomo, Pritzker, Polis, and Inslee could find a way to put down their political bias and work with the president for the good of the country?

I mean it’s cute you’re still dying on the hill of that technicality, but if the guy himself says he shut it down, he deserves all the criticism for said shut downs. Not sure why you keep defending that.

Because he didn't actually shut anything down?

I mean do you care more about the person who spouts off bullshite on twitter, or the person who actually pulls the trigger?

If anyone is arguing over a technicality, it's you. The country would have to be under uniform shut downs for it to be Trump's shutdown. But that's not how it is since it's a state/city decision.

Maximum spin.

The guy takes responsibility for it and you keep your head in the sand.

Initially, the States did look to Trump for direction. You can go an look up his early guidance and see that he gave the States his blessings to do as needed.

Trump recommended it and takes credit for it. Why can I hold him to his word?

Says the guy who focuses on a Trump tweet instead of the actual legal actions taken by state and local governments.

But they don't listen to him, as it is ultimately up to the states. Look no further than pride nonstop shitting on Trump for saying LA needs to be shutdown more.

If he isn't enforcing what he supposedly wants, how could it possibly be his shut down?

And that endorsement and recommendation is 100% irrelevant because Trump has no authority over the decision to shut down or create mandates.

What tweet are you talking about?

I specifically stated he said it in the axios interview.

Spin to save GEOTUS though. He admires your work.

No shite.

I don't know why y'all are being this disingenuous when its obvious the federal guidelines are absolutely guiding the decisions of the states.
