I think it was pretty targeted to this case. I agree with the ruling though.

How is this different than the bakery case? So basically a business and deny anyone they want? Like it should be?

Roe vs Wade was specific to that case, but could still be used as precedent for others.

Like seat belt laws. The government has no right to tell you what to do with your body.


Always wanted to argue a seat belt ticket with Roe vs. Wade.
