no chance to garnish wages?

i think the issue was they didn't know of his updated employment so they couldn't garnish him

so they wanted him in court

and he didn't go

therefore, warrant/marshalls

Yeah, this is so bad, but we'll get a warrant on guys in ERISA collection cases for failing to show up at a creditor's exam. Warrant sits around like a year, Marshals get bored one day and grab your guy out of nowhere and you have to go down and meet with the judge and a pissed off defendant.

You don't because I don't live in NE Texas. I have land in NE Texas. I live in the Dallas area.

(that sounded bitchy )

Dallas is North Texas.

Fannin County is borderline NE Texas.

I own a farm. I know a lot of people who own land, and no one calls their land a "ranch."

A ranch is in Montana or N.M.

That is just true. I've never heard anyone say "I'm going out to my ranch" in Fannin County and I know some guys who have big places. Ranch sounds pretentious. I have family members with ranches (NM and Montana) and if you called them a "farm" it would sound ridiculous.

Some realtor might say "ranch" or "ranchette" (a stupid term), but I've never heard anyone say "I'm going to the ranch."
