The police accident report shows that the driver and three passengers claimed no injuries. The officer cited only minor damage to the car, and not even a scratch on the truck. He also cited the driver of the car with two tickets and arrested her.
But when a lawsuit was filed by the driver and her passengers nine months later, they claimed “severe and disabling injuries.”
This is very common in our state, sadly.

How is it that you can cause the crash but then file against the person you hit to cause it?
Anyone can file a lawsuit. It isn't until summary judgment when the other side can start arguing there is no evidence to support the case.

The plaintiff's hooked up with the mill attorneys do not use their health insurance (if they even have any). They go to the attorneys' doctors of choice. The doctor bills the attorney and agrees to collect at the end of the case. The case settles up, then the attorney pays the doctor, after negotiating a nice reduction.
Exactly right. Chriro or PT etc... charges $7000 for visits for a few months then takes half after the fact.

Oh, did you notice that Motta and Alfortish have hired "Mr. Ethics" Dane Ciolino to represent them? Weird.
Not really he is who you hire if your shite is cooked

The basis for the stays is "an ongoing investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office." Basically concerns an organized scheme to stage accidents and profit. Plaintiffs, lawyers and doctors all implicated.
JBE not gonna be happy his podnuh’s going to the slammer.

I get hiring Ciolino if I'm looking at a year and a day type thing, but I wouldn't if I'm staring down an indictment. I can't imagine Motta would be thinking of salvaging her license at this point.

Instead of gossiping, why don’t you look at the facts? I had 77 clients in state and federal in the amount of 3 years not 77 cases. I was brought into a case that wasn’t even mine and then the gossip began. Sad, to waste time writing about something you know nothing about, but don’t let the truth take away the story.

This would be an excellent time to know how to do the popcorn eating emoticon.
This is definitely where I parked my 18 wheeler.

I think you are full of shite. There's no fricking way that an attorney could write this bad.
Be careful of those impersonation laws, baw.
Eta: After further review, I could be wrong. There might be a way that an attorney could write that poorly.

Personal injury attorneys are the worst.
1. Murderers
2. Rapist
3. Personal Injury Attorneys
4. Thieves
5. People at a red light going straight in the right hand turn lane
