The article states that they just finished a nasty legal battle.....before she filed charges of her "10 year consensual/non-consensual" sexual relationship.

Look I'm not arguing whether or not this is legit, I'm just saying the length of time involved doesn't necessarily mean it is a lie.
If there is a video of her asking to stop and him pinning her down and continuing, as she claims, he is in trouble.

Had a friend get a breast reduction. She didnt know she would have keloid scarring. I don't know if she had ever had a cut on her or what, but I felt really bad for her.

I don't know, maybe it's all BS, but that same comment could be said about women who are physically abused. We know that happens sometimes, even if you and I can't comprehend why or how it happens.

Were they living together? Doesn't seem like they were married to me. It seems like she's pissed about losing her other case, and just fabricated some other charges to get him back. As soon as she loses one case, she files charges?

Again, your probably right. My only point was that the amount of time spent in an abusive relationship, whether it be sexual or physical abuse, doesnt necessarily mean it is a lie.

I defended a sexual harassment case once where the plaintiff claimed she had an eleven year "non-consensual" sexual relationship with her boss.
And it wasn't a claim like in this case where the woman it was consensual and became non-consensual.
