You didn't need to look any further that the same BLS. Here's their data on the country's job participation rats. Notice how it plummeted during the Obama administration...and reached a point in Sept. 2015 that was the country's lowest in 40 years. LINK

There had been no calls for the event to be rebranded, and during last year’s campaign for mayor, all three candidates had expressed support and praise for the festival.
