Hell no he shouldn't take her back. It's much more than just the cheating. I mean kids were involved. That's abandonment. She should never be allowed to see those kids again. What kind of woman/mother does that? Selfish bitch.

Who the next dude is is unimportant to her. How much will he provide for her to spend will drive her decision. When she finds him, she will rob your nephew, then be gone like a fart in a hurricane.

Sad, man. Your nephew is probably trying to do what he thinks is the right thing for his kids.

I think he's wrong. Poor guy. He'll probably learn he is wrorng the hard way.

The only reason your nephew is taking her back is because he is lonely. Tell him that shite is temporary and move forward with his life. Be grateful he has the kids.

I’ve got 2 beautiful kids and a beautiful wife. If she ran off with another man, I’d only have two beautiful kids and an ex wife who proved herself to be a slut.

I simply could not forgive that. I hope he does the right thing for himself.

Look, anyone who has been totally in love and had their heartbroken can identify, at least to a certain degree.

There is real pain and loss there. You feel like you would give anything to go back to the way things were. You're hurt, alone, and broken.

And then this person says: "Hey I screwed up, I'm back, I'm sorry."

You want so desperately to believe them. You want things to be back the way they were, to fill that void in your heart.

These things are a lot harder and messier than the OT makes them out to be.

But, obviously, he should not take this whore back.

This is beyond cheating (which would be enough for me to end it)....she completely abandoned her family and responsibility without care for the consequences. I would divorce and let her earn her way back to being the mother of my children

Been there, had it happen to me. I had to find a way to balance professional obligations with running a household as I had two kids to finish raising by myself and get them out on their own, including paying college tuition on my own. Now they're both adults, married, and out on their own. It took awhile before they wanted to restore relations with their mother. It's been ten years since she "found a new life", and while I am not as angry as I once was, I still wouldn't let her in my home. She made one hint through one of the kids about moving back, and I sent a message back through the kid that the divorce was final and she was free to live anywhere she wanted ...... as long as it was not at my place. May she enjoy her poverty.

Funny thing did happen one time. The dog she raised from a pup stayed with me. That dog paced up and down the hall way for the better part of sic months looking for her. A couple years later she showed up to pick something up. The dog was jumping up and down inside the house like she wanted to go out and see her "mommy." So, what the hell, I let the dog out. The dog literally walked up to her, started growling at her, and then turned around and walked back inside the house. The look on my ex's face was a Kodak Moment. That dog got roast beef for supper that night.

Now that the kids are out, I am nearing retirement and looking at rebooting my own life.

While you can forgive your enemies, you best not forget their names.

This is far beyond being lonely. The nephew needs to visit a psychiatrist too.

Someone needs to ask him why he has so little self esteem that he thinks taking back an obviously unstable woman is worth it.

He's fricking stupid. Not only did she cheat on him but she abandoned her own kids. It's takes a special kind of scumbag to do this.

Because sometimes as a father you do what is best for your children and not just yourself. Lots of people saying just kick her to the curb, but there are probably two little ones that just want to see their mommy. Calling this person a beta is childish, this man seems like a real adult. I am pretty sure he knows better than anyone what he is getting back into... It may even take some pressure off him so he can be more of a father. I hope your wife, you and mother-in-law keep supporting him becuase he seems like good people to me.

She ABANDONED those children. Not caring if they were fed, clothed, had a home, or missing her. It takes a real piece of shite to do that to little ones. The best thing to do is to get them away from someone so void of emotion towards them for a dick of the month.

I really can’t get past the leaving the kids part. I don’t know if I could forgive her for letting another guy let it soak, but I can’t forgive her for hurting the kids.
