Vintage area can be upscale or sketchy depending on where.... would help if it was known east of Williams, west of Williams, West of Chateau, etc.

While concerning, I don’t think this rules out her running away. Maybe she’s aware that her parents track her phone and purposely left it.
If what another poster has said is true and she has tried to contact a friend then it’s likely this stems from some type of argument with her parents.

I read on FB that there was a disagreement with her parents and she stormed out the house.
