I’d have to be more retarded than her to not notice it or remember which garage is mine.

I love the autopilot defense now.

Pretending like your brain doesn't do exactly that at times is just laughable. IS it a defense of what she did? frick no. IS it something that definitely happens to people? Yes.

If you want to argue against science, do it with someone else.

It’s all irrelevant now. The RACE CARD is in play. From local news:

quote:

The chief declined to speculate as to whether fatigue or other factors, including race, may have contributed to the shooting. The officer is white and Jean was black.

quote:

Hall didn't address whether investigators believe race was a factor in the shooting.

That's not the point. Again, try reading before starting another argument.
So you know for a fact that it is obviously false that she got preferential treatment?

Either go back and read the actual discussion, or don't.

When I go on autopilot, I don’t end up at a door that isn’t mine. The last time it happened, I was heading to a place that was the same exit as my house but a little further up. I only noticed it when I took the turn to my house instead of going straight. I didn’t take a different turn or go to a different door.

I did, so you're saying she could possibly be getting preferential treatment because she's a copy but the narrative that she is getting preferential treatment because she's a cop is "obviously false?"

Oooh, going back and reading just made it even worse.

At least everyone here can agree that race played no part in this.

You're not near as smart as you think you are if that's the summary you came up with. NO more responding to you,

Good luck getting him to agree with this obvious stuff.

, it's obvious that treating it as an officer involved situation is better treatment than a civilian would get. Even if there is a justifiable reason for why that is invoked as standard protocol, when the situation is in fact criminal in nature, it results in better treatment for the officer than a civilian would receive.

I've state many times in this thread that I understand WHY the officer gets that benefit of the doubt, but some of you (mainly lnch) can't even acknowledge it exists.

Manslaughter is to lenient. She should be charged with first-degree murder. End of discussion.

Speaking of not acknowledging things, you can't acknowledge that civilians do also not get arrested right away when it seems fairly obvious they should be.

Like lnch said with 2nd degree murder, these don’t exist in Texas.

Literally did the same thing last time you tried to come at me.

Get proven wrong, immediately say you're not responding any more.

Never fails, takes his ball and runs home when he has no replies left on how wrong he is.

See ya next time you do the same thing.

Why is that a load of crap? We just call it murder here. Capital murder is more serious and carries the death penalty.

The 2 aren't mutually exclusive.

Civilians can also not be arrested right away and she can still be getting preferential treatment. So there's that.

Just trying to point out some facts. Fact, yes officer involved shootings are handled differently than regular citizen shootings. THere's an obvious reason for that, and only a fool would deny this.

Yep, but we love LNCH.
