If folks stop commenting to her and she's just talking to herself, maybe she will go find somewhere else to play.

I saw this thread resurface and started reading the last few pages thinking there had been new credible, relevant developments in the case. I’m guessing no.
I recall hearing, around the time Kohlberger was charged, that there would be hearings in June. Did I make that up???

hearings in June???

• Investigators say they found DNA on a knife sheath left at the scene that is a 99.99% match to Kohberger, who was studying criminology at a nearby university at the time of the murders
• He has yet to offer any kind of alibi or plea - a judge entered a not guilty plea on his behalf in May
• On June 9, his attorneys requested more time to decide whether or not they will submit an alibi as part of his defense — they say the discovery involved in the case has been 'voluminous' and 'still ongoing', and that they need more time to 'wade' through the evidence before finalizing their defense strategy
• His trial is currently scheduled for early October

Do we know what the possible motive was?
Posted on 6/13/23 at 11:16 pm to Marciano1
From what I could gather from the last few pages, according to newsjunkie12, AKA Brent, the most likely motive was to cover up 9/11.

How in the frick can two people in the same apartment sleep through 4 stabbing? That is not going to be quiet. Unless who did this is a professional hit man the first blow is not going to be an instant kill. The victim is going to be shocked and screaming. None of this makes any sense.

It makes complete sense if everyone is passed out from drinking passed 1am in the morning.

So basically there is no quasi reasonable defense.

Lets go back to a more free flowing style!
Murdering Brent K
the SWAT stuff is fascinating - it is Regionial Swat Team - I learned a lot about Regionial Swat teams! They are fake SWAT teams. How it works:
Small town police depts make them. Whitman County Regional SWAT Team is made up of officers from Whitman County Sheriff’s Office, Pullman Police Department, and WSU Police Department.
The Chief comes in on some Monday and says ok guys who want to be a SWAT officer? Hands soar into the air. The chief picks three street cops.
Hand them a green folder with 20 pages of reading, and an MC test. After reading the 20 pages and passing the MC tests they get a certificate of completion. They are now SWAT!
Real SWAT takes about 3 years the dudes go through intense psychological testing - the entire real GOAL of SWAT is NOT to kill the person. That is their magic.
the building was empty: "During the incident, about 28 residents, including 20 student residents and eight non-student residents, were evacuated from the complex"
Why are they killing a man in an empty building that stands alone?
1687631703426.png
There is nothing around. It gets worse! I can't find it now - there was a picture the following day that looked like this in the parking lot. All by itself.
Seriously - we are to believe that SWAT leaves machine guns in an apt complex unattended.
The only difference the one sitting out in the parking lot was on four feet of snow!
1687631925884.png
SWAT are snipers - they do not lie on their bellies -- in four feet of snow - they are sharpshooters. In addition, was no tear gas or percussion used - ever.
The member of this Regional SWAT - that night - in real life is a police officer for WSU. What do they do - parking tickets?
Now they played so much BS - this angle "Brent Kopacka was a US Army veteran who died from injuries 16 years ago. That is what the obit said?
Reality? He was fatally shot on Dec 15. First, they carried on about a SWAT officer killing him during a standoff near the Washington University Campus"
crock
The truth -: The Washington State University Police Department has released the name of the officer who shot and killed a man at an apartment complex on Latah Street on December 15. WSU Police Sergeant Brett Boyd shot 36-year-old Brent Kopacka at 3:58 a.m. He is a cop not SWAT anything!
it gets worse! First, they state it will be investigated by W State Police.
"The Washington State Patrol will now investigate the incident because it was an officer-involved shooting. Washington state law requires an independent agency to investigate incidents in which deadly force is used"
Then apparently they decided nah we better not do this. So just like the fake SWAT nonsense, they create ( I think this was 36 hours after they killed him)
I imagine this going like several top local cops at a bar (!) humm we need to come up with a name!
Ok, we should use the word Regional - that does not sound local. Good idea Bubba!
We need the term investigative in it - sounds impressive. Agree Billy Bip!
Let's toss it in Palouse Area somewhere - I agree Sally Mae!
Can we get the word incident in there? We sure can try Bubba.
I got it I got it I got let's call it
The " Regional Palouse Area Law Enforcement Critical Incident Investigative Response Team "
Guys guys we can call it PALECIIRT for short. Cheers everywhere!
Regional Palouse Area Law Enforcement Critical Incident Investigative Response Team.
The same crap went down. Police chiefs walked into a Mon meeting and asked his guys and gals - who wants to pretend to be an officer-involved shooting investigator?
Hands everywhere.
Chief picks three street cops you all are now the - Regional Palouse Area Law Enforcement Critical Incident Investigative Response Team.
This entity was created specifically for Dec 15. They have investigated nothing.
They have done nothing - they are street cops - in small cities - who write tickets, pour out beers. and ask music to be turned down for a living.
The truth is this farce has done nothing. At all. One time a week- in the last half a year - they put out a sheet of paper that says:
"There are no updates at this time. The investigation remains ongoing."
By doing so no FOYI requests can be done. I asked Plunder months ago to ask for a tox screen - they refused.
Sluethie has asked more than once. They have refused. It is bogus - dirty-
Here is what they put out:
LINK
Another fascinating notion - according to THEM
They did not notify the community for six hours of the ongoing event.
They then block downtown - reason - at 3:39 in a small town - to make sure media could not get in.
There is no evidence of fire dept dispatch, nor any images of firetrucks on scene nor is there any soot from the window without glass where they murdered him.
So we have a bunch of LE in the middle of the night claiming an apt complex was being set afire and no cop calls the fire dept?

A traditional STR DNA comparison was done between the STR profile found on the Ka-Bar knife sheath and Defendant's DNA. The comparison showed a statistical match - specifically, the STR profile is at least 5.37 octillion times more likely to be seen if Defendant is the source than if an unrelated individual randomly selected from the general population is the source.
That’s octillion with 27 zeros.
Hence the reason defense attorneys and BK junkie12 are trying to focus on the genealogy investigation before BK’s arrest when his specific DNA was sampled, tested, and matched to crime scene and to focus on terms like statistical match.
The later seems like a point to make during regular trial in front of jury while the former seems like they want to get the “statistical match” thrown out before the trial.
I was concerned that a month and a half might give enough time to limit additional DNA found. BK seemed OCD about cleaning, gloves, and probably had visqueen covering inside of his car. It would be a bold move for defense to lie in the recent court document it filed on Thursday that mentioned the victims’ DNA was not found in searches of BK’s apartment & car, but the statement specifically mentions that “DNA evidence” from victims was not found in BK’s car, apartment, house (PA?), and office which leaves open other evidence was found. It’s also thrown into the filing’s main argument wanting to get full details on genealogy investigation before BK’s arrest.
DNA match plus refinement of phone location including matching pics of cars where possible along with any other circumstantial evidence found would still be enough to convict unless he has a verified alibi (not from junkie12). If defense gets DNA from sheath being BK’s thrown out on a technicality then not finding victims’ DNA in apartment, car, or something else directly tying BK to victims & crime he walks until Kaylee’s dad takes him out.
