Man, I remember you worrying about working out of town for the trial like 2 years ago. It just now happened?
Glad you have some closure finally.

Finally, brother. Glad you held it together. Just reading this saddens and infuriates me all over again.

Christensen told jurors that the prosecutors neglected to disclose that police found "quite a bit of marijuana" in the house, and that the victims had been smoking it, too. "The state says there's all kinds of evidence against Joshua, and there just isn't," Christensen said. He said his client was a witness in an unrelated homicide case that was investigated by the same detective who handled the Huth murder. He suggested impropriety.
"We believe that the laziness (of the detective) kept him from investigating this case to find the people that murdered this gentleman," Christensen said. "And it becomes a double tragedy when they charge someone else with this murder."
I know he is doing his job defending his client but frick him. I don't see how any attorney can defend a PoS like this with all the evidence against him. I guess it helps to not have a conscience or morals.

A BR murder lawyer gave a speech in one of my classes this semester. He seemed like a douche, but that is such an awful job.
Someone has to do it, i suppose.

Is he a public defender?
Also, I find it insulting that he brings up smoking pot as an opportunity for a failed ID but the gun used and the phone were found in their possession.

Who are you in the article?
Posted on 5/19/15 at 7:22 pm to Corkfather
so two brothers, then another brother that has another murder trial. That whole family should of been wiped out years ago.

Probably. I understand in that case that he has to take the case and do his best by his client. It's still infuriating to read though.
