Because it belongs to her. Have you not ever dated a psycho and tried to get distance from them? You're more than happy to do whatever you need to do to get away from them...call parents to send a plane ticket, pawn your shite...whatever.

Plus, it's her fricking van.

I said this pages ago and you've been trying to pick a fight with me. You are the one throwing out simp, low IQ, GED, white knight, etc. because you latched on to one thing you didn't like and went off for pages.

Roger, just going to be honest. In reading this thread, you come off looking bad. I used to enjoy your post but you seem so negative and smug as of late. Hope you're good.

So he left the house on Tuesday but the parents waited until Friday to report their son "missing"?

No better way of doing that than cramming into a tiny van with her and traveling across the country.

A few months ago I had a case that had potential of becoming one of those Nancy Grace cases. That shite really messed with my head. I have no idea how I would have handled national coverage and I would have just been the attorney. My client? His life would have been O-ver.

The van is more of a home to both of them in truth. He likely had some financial skin in the game in it as well. Not certain but he may be able to lay some claim to it given their domestic situation, like an apartment. SFP would know

And they have been together for 4 or 5 years. You can't hide the crazy from someone that long. He knew who she was when they hit the road.

Just a question for the board. Is Roger always like this? I don’t know that I have ever been involved in a thread he was knee deep in like this one. He seems to be a bit of a psychopathic control freak with delusions on grandeur. Maybe he should be a suspect and this is all just an attempt to throw all the other internet detectives off his trail?

Hey baw, let's me and you go on a road trip in my van. Let's say that half way through, in the middle of nowhere, the last of my cheese slides off my cracker. I tell you, loudly and violently, that you can't leave, we can't go home, you have to stay, and you're going to drive because I'm too fricked to do it. You're just going to stay, in the middle of nowhere, and entertain my crazy just for funsies?

The OT

I thought the SEC rant was full of retards. It seems they're in a very distant second place.

She may not want to drive it

Let's talk about this specifically.

What should he have done about this?

From the video and alleged eyewitness report of them in front of a store they are struggling with something. From the missing woman's parents we supposedly know the engagement was off.

So they are fighting. Him going off to force a separation seems clear from his actions of physically leaving the state.

Doesn't her throwing out the too anxious to drive stuff seem designed to keep him involved? A couple that called off their engagement and is fighting about relationship issues has no business trapped alone together in close quarters.
