Unless the shadow casting object was not on the screen. Someone off screen. That movement looks like a shadow of someone holding something out.

That's good that you believe it is pretty well documented. The coroner, nor the investigators have given anything that amounts to anything close to a time of death.

BL arrived back at his parent house on Sept 1st
So it's safe to assume if he killed her he killed her between Aug 27th and August 30th
