Closer than the dead newlywed lesbians that some people seem to want to tie to the Petito body.

La Sal Loop Rd and South Mesa area where the couple was killed is ~35 minute drive from the location at ???
The entire La Sal Loop road, encircling both murder sites is only 60.7 miles return trip to Moab where it’s starts 7.8 miles from town.
See map detail
These driving distances are nearly the equivalent of driving from Slidell to New Orleans and back.

What if serial killer in that area started stalking her -them from following their Vanlife journey decided to kill people that interacted with them and ended up killing her, Brian got away but got scared no one would believe it wasnt him? My new book-movie idea ... TL Jones and Harrison Ford to star

I like it. This is more believable than washed up bounty hunter outwits the FBI and does their job for them while they are investigating garage door handles.

How were the lesbains killed? Any word on how they died..i wish they would release Gabbys cause if the people were able to conclude on it.

If its the same then I'd be more interested, if they were shot or something I dont know. I dont feel like he killed them.

Who knows though

What?
Moab, Utah is 500+ miles away from the spread creek area in Bridger-Teton National Forest (Wyoming)

"To my knowledge they did purchase a new phone and it's the same phone that Brian left home and which the FBI is in possession of."

So when the parents said he left home without his wallet and phone, they were referring to a newly purchased phone? Where's his old phone?

they were both found in a creek, shot multiple times and naked from the waist down.

Well, they should be able to determine the caliber and if BL had possession of a weapon capable then it may be plausible.

It would be smart to take a 45 or a 3030 on a cross country road trip where you will be outdoors.

Still don't think it was him though.

So your son comes home w/o the girlfriend he went on the trip with that just so happened to be living with you and you go camping? Sure...not suspicious at all lol

Speculation:
Mom: Where is Gabby?

Brian: We broke up and Gabby flew back home to New York. I took the van and she will come down later to pick up her stuff.

Brian walks around house depressed for a couple of days and parents decide to see if he wants to go camping to take his mind off the break-up.

So implausible.

The reason it comes off as implausible is because if he merely ‘broke up’ w her then why did his parents needlessly spend money on a mysterious, unplanned return trip to their home the third week of August ..?
Only for him to rearrange some storage boxes then fly back to Utah 5 days later only to break up there and return back home unannounced 12 days later in her vehicle?

“Why are you driving her vehicle if you broke up Brian?” seems like a plausible question that wasn’t asked.

What’s your definition of “plausibility”

So there was the married lesbian couple, a Texas man and gabby all died in the same general area of the Grand Teton national park and forest. It very possible these are all isolated incidents, but it is equally possible right now there is a pattern. All seemed to happen in a couple of months.

People die in National Parks all the time. I wouldn’t look too much into this.

Was Brian Laundrie ever in the area? I’d ask him.

Brock Turner? As in the rapist Brock Turner?

I'm glad my name isn't Brock Turner. I'd have to change it so people wouldn't mistake me for the rapist Brock Turner.

Report states both victims were shot multiple times in chest back, and side torso. It appeared the shooter was enraged. A friend found them down a 6 mile camping road after police claimed they had looked there already. The friend found the younger girl Kaylen while on the phone with her Kaylens father. She did not see or didn’t want look further down river for the second woman thou she ‘knew she was nearby’ and then called police. The have no leads and no suspects. The “weird” guy camping near them turned out to be a known person from the Moab area and was never considered a prime suspect.
