I mentioned this earlier in the thread. Open up Google Maps and tap on your account and then select Timeline. You can pick any individual day and it will tell you where you went and how long you were at each location and at what time. This info could piece the entire story together

This thread is unreadable with the arguing just for arguments sake.

But that can be hard to prove short of actual texts or something where it's said plainly. Especially because they haven't given any statements yet so cops don't have that to pick apart and catch them in lies.

What if the parents messed up when they filed the missing persons report thinking the FBI wouldn't access their electronics? I think they filed the missing persons report to give him time to get away. Ask yourself how didn't they know he done something to her when she lives in the house and he shows back up with her van and she is nowhere in sight.

It needs new developments. Hoping they catch the POS soon, kind of a frustration and anxiety that comes with this scenario.

Id think we'd all like to know what happened, and to see him have to deal with consequences.

People are arguing points they don’t even believe just for the “gotcha”.

Well, it is 400+ pages on a Thursday night with hardly any advancement in the case the whole day.

It'll get better when better information is released. The autopsy results are interesting to me so I'm hoping that is released soon. Feel like it's either blunt force trauma or strangulation.

Where does everyone think Brian is?

I’ll go with blending in with the homeless, wearing a face mask and baseball cap will be almost impossible to catch unless he runs his mouth or tries to make contact with family.

Cuba isn't far, could have gotten passage to some island or etc. in the Caribbean..

I dont think he is in Florida or any everglades though. Also figured that the "resumed search" was a false flag to make him comfortable if he is watching coverage.

1/2 the time I think he killed himself.

The other 1/2 I think his parents helped find some remote cabin to hide out in until he can get on a boat.

Being somewhat familiar with the Carlton Reserve and Myakka River State Park, I'm certain he isn't just hiding out on his own out there.

It’s the FBI, they’ll get a tip that he hired some Russian hookers to pee on him.

One of the lawyers can correct me, but I think the big point will be if they knew he committed a crime.

In no way defending the parents bc they appear to be as scumbaggy as their kid, but is one required to seek out Johnny Law if you know a crime has been committed? I wouldn’t think so.

Is there a moral duty? Absolutely. But highly doubt it’s a criminal offense unless of course you knowingly lied to law enforcement.

If he is smart he would have gone down to the Del Rio bridge with the Haitian migrants camping under Del Rio bridge.
He may have been flown out of Del Rio to Haiti by now. I’m sure they’re not checking ID’s….lol

So, the date of the Jackson Hole restaurant disturbance was August 27, the same day the Bethunes saw the van? And the restaurant is currently the last known place GP was seen alive?

Anyone want to bet the Red, White, and Bethune folks are glad they didn't stop to talk to the occupant(s) of the van?

a) They either end up getting killed themselves
or
b) If GP was already dead, it'd be emotionally fricked up to catch a glimpse of her dead body in the back.

Edit: I'm just assuming the body wasn't move to the site at which it was ultimately found until at least sometime after dark on August 27. The restaurant incident happened at 1:00, and the Bethunes drove by at 6:00 and it was still light out with another group of campers less than 1,000 yards away. So, if she's dead at that point, her body is in the back of the van.

Edit:Edit: Money also seems to be a common theme, between BL arguing with the restaurant manager about "money" (according to the eyewitness) and the FBI's current arrest warrant for illegally using GP's debit card 2 days later.

But why were there be money problems? Was he blowing money on something that they couldn't afford? I mean, she had $1,000 in her bank account that he apparently withdrew according to the warrant. She could have covered a meal expense easily. So what's the deal with him arguing with the the manager of the restaurant? Were they blowing through the amount they had budgeted for their daily allowance?

Can you get a loan from a bank for something like this?

Is this always paid in full upfront? Week to week? Month to month?

Sorry, I just noticed this.

Unless an individual charged or about to be charged is well collateralized it is likely going to take a third party to get the loan. Especially once charged chances are high your future earning capacity is shite.

My firm would want say $100k pretty much upfront for a capital case. We would start it for a good faith payment of 5-10 grand but the rest of the retainer needs to come fairly quickly because a murder/capital case is usually a PITA to get out of even if there is non-payment. You start with the good faith payment since you don't want your defendant doing something stupid while you wait for the first big payment. After that, the rest of the money should come in on monthly bills. You get as much upfront as possible because 4 out of 5 will start to drag payments pretty early on asking the average person/family for 1/4 of a million dollars is usually quite a hill to climb. Parents will often do anything to finance their child's legal fees but most people have pretty modest amounts they can produce in liquid funds.

Just for reference, an OJ level defense would cost maybe $7-8 million today and that is actually on the low end. Just the in court trail team WITHOUT expert fees could easily run upwards of near $7 million. Given the level of talent on the "Dream Team" $50k per day in trial is not remotely high and the trial lasted about 5 months.

My professional advice is don't get charged with murder.
