Makes you wonder. He just came back from a months long roadtrip where his fiancé and himself were driving each other crazy. He told the parents whatever and the answer is for the three of them to all go camping in this?

How about we realize that BL has basically been a ghost. In all seriousness…everyone that’s been presented to the public as far as seeing him/interacting with him, well they’re 9 days late and a dollar short.

We have to start to realize that there are certain “boundaries” that this guy would have to operate under, then we can begin to build a framework. First to mind and maybe the biggest is money. Where is this money coming from? Neither of them had jobs or a regular source of income. Where was the money coming from to finance this “van life” lifestyle? The van needs gas and you get gas at a gas station. Two ways to do that… pay at the pump with a card or cash inside the store. Any clerks recall this guy buying gas for cash? Moving on- a debit or credit card issued to BL would immediately be flagged by the card company.

So this basically boils down to 2 options… 1) he has a wad of cash that he’s using
or
2) he has a reloadable debit/gift card. The cash theory increases his risk of being robbed AND forces him into human interaction for any transaction. Given the national attention on this, unnecessary interactions with the public would be kept to a bear minimum.
This makes the gift card/reloadable debit card theory might now seem more likely… but who’s doing the reloading and from what account? Any family member transferring money to a reloadable card is gonna get red flagged. So if we stick with this theory then there’s someone or some mechanism that’s outside law enforcement’s scope that can fund BL while remaining unnoticed.

True, it makes more sense as to why you didn't see any animal activity around the body where it was found. I told a friend that I would be surprised if she was ever found knowing all the bear activity in that area.

That area looks like he had a lot of cover from where he parked the van and explains why people didn't see him from the road. The only thing he would have to worry about is wild animals picking up the scent and coming to the scene.

If they are helping him get away, they have to believe he’s innocent and caught up in something, right? I would do anything for my son but I don’t think I could help him evade police if he committed murder.
