I'm pretty sure that going 30 MPH over the speed limit and weaving could have got him a reckless driving charge. And her answers to the cops could have changed his danger level quickly.

I am not saying she is right but I think what she meant by “blaming her for her own murder” is saying that we are saying she is the cause of why she was murdered? If that makes sense. Like, “well if she wouldn’t have been crazy or abusive, she wouldn’t have been murdered”

He is an elected official and a family medicine doctor. He’s apparently in his seventies now. There are still a few non-pathologists out there who do autopsies, but it is extremely rare. I’m sure the salary for his coroner position is not enough to entice very many qualified applicants.

If there is a trial the defense will be liking this.
Saying that, why the hell wouldn't it go to a state crime lab. That is how it is done in rural WI as I understand. Small counties are not going to have a pathologist.
