Not sure what y’all are talking about. But if we are talking about Fruit of the Poisonous Tree
First the body is on federally owned land. Not on private land. The fed government can search anywhere anytime.
Second if somehow the dog was a unconstitutional search, which it is constitutional on federal land to search, they could still show they would have found the body by other legal means since it was found in the vicinity of the last campsite known based on the video.

Sounds like they lost a son to a mental health issue and they are raising money for that. They say all the money they are getting from this is going to that fund, and they are not profiting from it. Gabby's mom apparently reached out to them and had a long conversation with the lady, who had also lost a child.

That’s certainly one of the main problems when burying by hand. 4’ or less is inviting animals to dig. And if the water table is high or rises, you’re likely gonna have whatever you buried bubbling up. a large dog buried 4’ will invite hungry coyotes to become archeologists. I’d assume that’s also (at least partly) why they started using coffins for burial.

They definitely have more eyes on their YouTube channel than ever before. They definitely will benefit monetarily from growing that number.
