I’m with you until he runs off and disappears himself. Right before they find her body. It is very possible the police tipped him off about what area they were searching. This is a common tactic to try and freak out the person of interest. If they know that it’s inevitable, they will often break down and talk or at least make a mistake that gives them away even more.

Everyone knows there is almost a 100% chance Brian is guilty. I don't understand anyone getting upset at people for exploring other possibilities out of entertainment. If all they want to do is talk shite about Brian they can join the YouTube or Instagram commenters instead of repeating themselves over and over on a message board with people that want to go further than the surface level perception of this case.

Your scenario is not unlikely. But I think his actions say otherwise.
If she kills herself - do you really go home and not say anything? Especially to her parents? He would’ve been made the aggressor no matter what, but disappearing doesn’t help the situation.
His actions lean towards that he accidentally killed her or had something to do with her death.

Yes but it's easy enough to distinguish a female body from a male body no matter the stage of decomposition.
If they found a male body, they wouldn't need long to determine it isn't GP.

His fiancé has been missing for weeks in Wyoming and he is in Florida. What kind of innocent person would act that way?
Maybe he went off for a hike and he came back to her being plowed in the van. She ran off and killed herself, he’s still pissed? Not likely considering whoever plowed her hasn’t come forward.

These aren't 100% facts though. We don't know if she disappeared before he returned home, we don't know if (in the case of a breakup) he was even necessarily aware of a disappearance in the next several days.

Behind him losing his cool and killing her, something like that was what I thought was most likely too. They get into an argument, she gets dramatic and says "I'm going to kill myself," falls off a cliff or something, he calls his parents and they say drive straight home, don't talk to anyone, lawyer up, because no one's going to believe you.
I think, if he truly is innocent, that is the most likely scenario.

Then, wouldn't the FBI hold a presser aboot the June Guy case? This is specifically aboot her, a few hours after they find a body. It is her. Occam's razor wins again.

My point was that no matter whose body it was, they'd still need the time to inform the family prior to the press conference update at 5pm which will likely either say they found GP or had to pause the GP search because of finding the male.

When it became a disappearance, he did pretty much what every smart person should do and lawyered up. And he hasn’t said anything because his lawyer has advised him not to make statements that could easily be twisted to suit the prosecutor’s case.
Just a hypothetical scenario, but is it really that unlikely?
If it was as simple as she just took off, I would imagine he'd want to help find her. And would at least, through his lawyer, give information to the authorities to help do just that.
He could still be lawyered up but still give enough info where they could find her (or her body).

Reports are the search dogs left the area shortly after the coroner arrived.
But yeah she would be in terrible shape but if he killed her she is likely still clothed. Im assuming they could estimate an age in some form between hair color, size, etc. If it’s a white woman between 16-30 the chances it’s not her are slim to none.
