19 divers? They only used 10 on Phase 1.
Where did you see that? Everything I saw earlier said 18 divers for the earlier phases, 5 Thai Navy seals and 13 other diving experts.

One of the TV reports said 10 divers for the 4 boys. We talked at Sunday School what the 2 extra divers role was.
I'm sure there is lots of mis-info out there.
Of course, we were told these were the stronger boys, but then we learned that Phase 2 boys were stronger.
Also, today's trek will involve the very youngest boy.
EDIT - from CNN Sunday morning: "At 10 a.m. local time, an international contingent of 13 specialist divers and five Thai Navy SEALs descended into the watery network of underground tunnels below the Mae Sai mountains, carrying with them the hopes of an entire nation."
Business Insider: "The second shift of the rescue effort to evacuate the trapped soccer team saw a team of 18 Thai and international divers guide four boys about 2 1/2 miles to the cave's entrance using a 3-mile rope on Monday. Approx 0.6 mile of the trip is underwater."

3 SEALs and a Medic that have been keeping them company will need to be extracted as well.

Seems like they’re moving quickly.

This is the first I've heard that someone has been staying behind but it makes sense. Let's definitely not forget the rescuers.
That said, they obviously need far less assistance.

11th boy now rescued.

Thai TV said the eleventh to be rescued is the smallest, assumed to be 11-year-old Chanin Wiboonrungrueng. His identity has not been confirmed.

I guess the practice they gained really helped with the tempo of operations.

Sounds like the water level is much lower as well.

Yes the divers have stated they have become more familiar with the “landscape” obviously after traveling through several times now.

The rescued boys were given anti-anxiety drugs but not anaesthetic, the Thai prime minister Prayut Chan-o-chau, has revealed.

Yea one of the other posters suggested a light sedative before any of the kids were rescued. Probably helped with blood pressure and nerves.

Lots of time passed since the last one, wonder if they took a break before the last two. Or?
