I have two dogs and don't want to have another one at this point because they are 7 & 8 years old, they are stuck in their ways and it would take some work adapting all parties, etc.. But that is a beautiful pup that will be a beautiful dog. I hope someone can give this pup a really good home..

Me and the husky spend a lot of time in the woods, she’ll enjoy that. Naming her Siouxie, hopefully not too travel ballish of a name!

I've always heard Catahoula Curs were the smartest dog. I'm assuming one sheds similar to a lab?

Honestly a little broken hearted. I saw this thread last night but timing was terrible. I’ve wanted a Catahoula pup for a while. However I’m going out of town for 10 days starting Saturday and couldn’t have gotten her yet. I hope that pup is loved and cherished.

Yeah, I didn’t notice her shedding in my house with our 1/2 lab & 1/2 catahoula. He’s the only one of our 3 that shed and it’s everywhere. But I don’t have anything to compare it to - I know huskies shed way more, lol. I’m so happy that they are relaxed on the ride. I got a little panicked after y’all left about what if they hate each other and y’all are stuck in the car together for a while.
