They was just hanging with the wrong crowd. They got they life back together and going to 5th grade. The system failed these kids.

You would have a point if these were 25 year old repeat offenders.
If these kids are 15 they are still minors. There is no justification in our country of arresting people before they commit crimes.
There will always be a first offense.

Are you suggesting we put cops on every bus?
All these things happened at the same time and we have no indication they had committed any crimes before this.
Did the goosebumps or nasa sweaters tip you off to the fact he was a hardened criminal mastermind?
It isnt crazy that a group of 3 teenage boys could have access to a gun at one of their houses and put together the fact they could grab it and use it on a kid they didn't like. Even if the kids were too dumb to come up with it on their own we have television and the internet to give them the idea.
