Diversity is a strength, right?
Meanwhile, in Iceland, a country of 300,000 people, of which 93% are of "Icelandic" ethnicity, the most murders on record for any year is 5 in the year 2000. Just one violent death recorded in 2012, no murders at all in 2003, 2006, and 2008.

Blacks are 13% of the population and commit half of the nation's violent crime. In south Louisiana that number is probably closer to 70-80%.

The answer to this problem is obviously more section 8 housing in affluent areas so that minorities can have better opportunities.

It isn't the diversity people want it to be though. The diversity problem is between the "I serve a purpose to society" and the "poor, poor me I wish I had a fair chance." Not black vs white bc not a single black person at my CC gives a frick about "the man."

They apparently only respect violence and death. So, that is what you give them.
People always want to bash others for calling them animals, but that's how they act. A wild animal just sees food or a threat so they attack without knowing any better and have ZERO respect for life. But they are wild fricking animals so they don't know any better.

That's how these motherfrickers are. So, that is what we need to start giving them. Start making examples out of all of them that commit these kinds of heinous, violent acts with no regard to human life. Shoot them just like you would a wild animal for endangering human life. Sends a message to future pieces of shite as a deterrent.

Raising Canes needs to
1. Offer armed security if employees have to stay after hours to watch a cleaning crew. It is easy pickings with the crew coming in and out.
Being a former employee they probably knew that the manager would throw garbage away out the back door. It is easier pickings and you have less of a chance of being seen.
2. If not allowed to have armed security allow managers to carry weapons for protection upon passing a certified training class and setup a standard operating procedure on when you can use them to protect canes.

It truly is the elephant in the room. I interact with black people every day and most of the ones I meet are the nicest people, and for the most part there is no differences at all. Though rather than see to protect these criminals from police, we need the anger to protect us from these criminals.
The only way to do that would be for black people to actually stand up to black on black crime. Start throwing these "good boys, who didna du nuffin"" under the jail. Then we can clean up the cities.
They want to talk about Gentrification, but here is the stone cold truth. Gentrification is the only proven way to lower crime in urban areas, because it forces out the class of people most likely to commit crimes. Want to halt gentrification, halt the violence first.

Skin them then drop them off in their hood. Easy to deal with mental images of someone dying in custody I'd imagine seeing someone that has been skinned would last a lot longer.
