Looks like News Channel 10 reported the description of the perps earlier when they first released the article. WWL released theirs' fifteen minutes ago which had no description.

I can help out - it was NOT white dudes, with big protruding bellies wearing NRA hats and rebel flag t-shirts.
As I posted in another thread yesterday, there is a lot wrong with this country we live in.
Rednecks just aren't one of them though.

that's great, you live in the country, irrelevant to the topic at hand though.
Hey I paid my dues. Lived in downtown Houston and had a drunk Mexican point a gun at me..had my car totaled in a hit and run with me in it..watched from 2 blocks away as a dude smashed my window and stole my bike (useless off duty cop standing right there wouldn't go after him).. Had car accidently shot up during a gun fight between a fellow apartment resident and thugs and had my apartment door kicked in and all my stuff taken.
All within 2 years.
It's time for a few coyotes and unlocked doors in cads life. Don't miss big city living.

Where was the worker that was taking out the trash when this happened? Sounds like an inside job or at least someone on the inside helped with the planning.

I don't know about an inside job, but it sounds like there may be more to the story. Robbers don't usually shoot or stab the workers of stores they are robbing, especially not multiple times. I'm betting that the perps knew the manager and wanted her dead.

I know a crewmember there. They know at least one of the perps last night was a former crewmember.

They should have at least one of those fricks off the street soon then

The sad thing is they don't check for overall arrests. Most places just ask if you have felony convictions.

Just an overall great area to call home.
2nd safest city in the state.
Maybe, but they do have a vigilante police force. I moved to Kenner after living in Mid-City. One thing I will say about Kenner, the police department will f your shite up if you step out of line. They are constantly patrolling and pulling people over.

Usually is an inside job. The our metairie location was robbed it was a former employee. Iirc, he smeared shite all over himself to try and plead insanity.

The NOLA crime beat reporter, Carlie Kollath Wells, is terrible. I think she gets headlines from the internet and the advocate web site, and starts her own article. I don't think she even does any investigation on her own. All of her articles have links to other news reports, specifically the Advocate. Times Picayune has gone to shite.

Wow. How depressing. So many obvious comments to make, but I'll just stick to prayers of health and recovery to the victim and her family.

I'd bet money on it.
