Antoinette Frank is crazy as a shithouse rat. I don't disagree that she'd be better off dead, but what does that really do for general society? Not much. Her execution might provide a little revenge/retribution for the dead cop's family (who, for the life of me, I can't remember the name of. Williams? Andrews?)
The Pence murders (Clifford St in Metairie) happened relatively "recently". Whenever the trail starts, the shooter isn't anywhere before then. Then, he's going to Angola for the rest of his life. Slam dunk.
The girl driving the getaway car won't get off, but may get a lighter sentence. She was certainly complicit, but has some mitigating factors that may help her defense.

It is sad that a young lady lost her life over this. It was not a robbery gone bad this was a planned out murder. If it was a robbery the people would have got in and got out quickly. This person stayed around to stab the manager multiple times which proves revenge or anger toward the manager. It also proves he planned to go there to kill first and robbery was the second motive.
They need to let him in the general population in prison and let the other inmates know he stabbed a 22 yr old girl. Let the guards turn their backs and his life will be over in a few minutes. Just list it as an accident or he started a fight with another inmate. A state pen is a different animal from a parish/ county jail.

He is somehow confusing this guy with a child molester. Convicts do hate those people but that is entirely different than a murderer.

However,as has been stated. The racial divide has grown to the point where there really aren't any surprises anymore when you hear news stories like this.
It's always portrayed as "Mentally Unstable" or "Mentally Handicap"
I don't think it is.
I believe Dylann Roof knew what he was doing when he went into that black church and gunned down all of those black people.

You cannot prevent it. It's a fundamental aspect of human history: we kill each other sometimes justifiably and sometimes unjustifiably. No governmental program or in-school curriculum will stop the crazed a-hole or maniac from snapping and attempting to murder someone.
It's why an educated and armed populace is so important. I don't know if Friloux having a gun or knife on her would have saved her life, but at least she would have had a chance.
