University of Cincinnati to Pay $4.85 Million to Family of Man Killed by Officer

According to the media and a lot on this board, cops kill enough black people that I'm sure they could have found one or two to memorialized that had, oh I don't know, less than 40 arrests or so?

Imagine the baby mommas fighting for that money. At least with the free undergrad, his kids aren't screwed out of all the money.

Fwiw I'm glad those dozen kids will get to go to college. That is actually possibly a big help to society. Maybe these kids will get an education and be productive and not have 60 arrests or dozens of public subsidized kids.
