Sincere question. Do they smell the Gardere sewer plant in that neighborhood? I built houses in there and it seems like I remember that rank shite coming in on the breeze when it blew from that direction.

And they even get their own personal cop to stop traffic on Hwy 30 every morning during school. Nothing like an 18 wheeler having to slam on their breaks going 55mph because the cop pulls out in front of flowing traffic to let people out a huge neighborhood with only 1 exit. Because why should they have to suffer for choosing to live there, amirite?

Been living there since 2016 and other than some typical HOA silliness, it’s great. Even better if you are a golfer or play tennis. The Rouses at Lee and Burbank is about 12 minutes away. Ignore all the douchebags that are shitting on it from their moms spare bedroom.

I love this. The fine folks that live there do think their time is more valuable than yours and you should have to suffer because they chose to live in a neighborhood with 500 plus homes with one way in and out. And before someone brings up the "other entrance" please shut the frick up because we've been hearing about that for years now.

Where? Off of Harveston? That might be more trouble than it's worth. It would be the same distance and time to get to the neighborhood.
Everything else between looks like it's land only to be used for residential development and I imagine no one is going to sacrifice house space for a road to a neighborhood that has nothing to do with them.

UClub not worth the price. It’s a good 20-30min from LSU and at least 30min from most things. Houses are new builds which if you know developers here is a bad thing since in 20 years they will be trash. It’s where new keeping up with the Jones’s want to live because they have shiny appliances and everything is new. If you want to live in Ebr live in an old neighborhood that’s in a nice area and house can be or already is renovated. There you are paying the land not a flashy house that won’t be worth as much in 20 years
